He  is a former construction company business manager. President of an association to help people in trouble, he made the restoration of an historical french  castle (with the help of volunteers) to accommodate them. Vice President of an association of De Dion Bouton cars and Heritage. Elected as deputy in his  municipality for the Heritage. He visited Egypt several times including twice with Antoine Gigal in 2003 and 2007: “At her contact my love of Egypt has taken a different dimension and I had the great pleasure to demurely work beside her.”
